For decades, we heard about the brain drain through the media, a tragic phenomenon that describes the migration of millions of Africans who have left Africa to seek their fortune elsewhere. Each year, Africa loses its best engineers, technicians, lawyers, doctors, professors, researchers, scientists, artists, writers, etc. But all of this is finally changing, because although they have physically left their homeland, the diaspora has maintained a strong connection with Africa.

The Consortium of African Professionals in the IT and communication sector “CPAI” come to support this generational transformation by allowing experts from the diaspora to put their skills to work in order to strongly impact the development of their continent.
